Yep, that's very bad news. Wouldn't ever have expected him to be the first of them to go, especially not so soon. Looks like being cast as a doctor in a ground breaking Sci-Fi series may not be such a good idea... I wonder what impact this will have on the TMoS film? Depending on when it is set Fran...

I'd heard the name from somewhere before and a quick google check confirmed she's some failed Pop star. I hope you're right that she can act, it looks to me like she's just another 'celebrity' of the type that frequents reality tv programmes... I was rather hoping the new series didn't collapse back...

The rules site tends to get a bit overloaded - Mornington Crescent is becoming the latest Internet fad, it seems! Keep trying, I'm sure you'll get in eventually. But back to the game! I think you'll find that for the purposes of the game that Charing Cross does _not_ count as an overland as it does ...

That's a bit naughty - I thought we were playing with just the basic rules! In that case I invoke the Livingstone Integrated Transport rules 2002c (I believe the game standards body now include this in the standard rules, anyway?) As stated by LIT2002c, being south of the river and beyond zone 2, fr...

Captain Malcolm Reynolds instantly regretted uttering the words 'Well bugger me!" as the crew discovered their mysterious cargo was a frozen fugitive. ---- Jayne says to Inara "Well it isn't my fault he's standing in front of an open cargo bay hatch - come on just let me push him once - it...

Quite a move! Haven't seen a Reverse-Badgering like that since 1987!

I see Samantha is desperate to show her talents but I don't need a hand just yet.

Warren- oopps, nearly got me.

Hmm, interesting start point but you won't catch me out with that blatant Paddington Gambit.

Good God? Is Paige's still going? Is there still a large Enterprise model embedded in the ceiling of the bar and do they still serve the 'Trak' themed food such as Ferengi Burger and Kilngon Strognanoff? Pages still going? Just about. It was incredibly quiet for a Saturday night, virtually empty. V...

That's because there is no such thing as a soul (consciousness can now be explained in pure brain activity - see the 'Consciousness Explained' book I recommend at the bottom of the pondering). Besides, are you really advocating wilful ignorance? Taking that attitude we'd still be cowering in some ca...

Caption Competition May 2004

Yes it's (almost) that time again...

From left to right we have: Inara, Jayne (yes, that's really his name) and Mal. But what is the caption?
