Hmm, you could be right. I wonder if all of Colin Morgan's life has been arranged so that he will become an actor, get cast as Merlin and then, eventually, cast as the Doctor?
It all makes sense, there's a grand scheme at work (no doubt the real Cartmel Masterplan) that all started in Battlefield. Colin would have been 3 at the time, perhaps his acting talent was already becoming obvious and that's when he was chosen?
You'd hardly think of the BBC as clever enough to enact such an audacious plan but clearly they are. The evidence is all there. Scardis, you will be famous as the man who saw through the conspiracy and saw the truth!
