Curious about discovering more information concerning his family tree, the Doctor takes Guy to the early 21st Century to meet his grandfather, who just happens to be someone the Doctor knows well -- Rainor Vance.

When they arrive, Guy is mistaken for his grandfather, and both he and the Doctor are embroiled in the latest scientific research project being undertaken at the base -- a study of latent telepathic traits in humans.

Why is Guy featuring in the dreams of people he has never met? What suspicious activity is being conducted on the base? And what do plastic shop dummies have to do with the greatest threat the human race has faced?

Second Sight is the first BTR Audio re-release for 2005, encoded in a higher-bitrate Ogg Vorbis format for superior audio quality. The full back-catalogue is being given the same treatment, and is scheduled for weekly releases between now and the end of June 2005.

> Also now available at http://www.btrproductions.org, the Doctor's return to Marinus, in Marinus Alone.

Many years ago, the Doctor and his then travelling companions thought that they had succeeded in bringing stability and peace to the many and varied lands of the fabled planet Marinus.

Now, decades later, the planet Marinus is extending its influence to nearby planets and star systems -- no-one can escape from the all-controlling Conscience of Marinus, a machine which removes free will.

Why has the Marinus Machine slowly begun taking over more minds? What is the purpose? And will the Doctor and Guy be able to stop this new threat alone, or will they need a new recruit to their cause?

Introducing the BTR Doctor's latest travelling companion, Isobel McDaniels, this story is a sequel to the 1964 William Hartnell adventure The Keys of Marinus, and is another in the series of adventures featuring the BTR Ninth Doctor.
