Doctor Who on Sci-Fi in USA

Looks like they've finally sold new Who to the USA then - big announcement on the BBC site (includes God-awful rendtion of the Star Spangled Banner). Sci-Fi Channel is the place, from mid-March on Friday nights in the Stargate Atlantis slot, so effectivley airing 12 months later than BBC One, and in prime time on a minor network with a niche audience who'll doubtless give it a whirl. I guess this can't be a bad thing - shame for all the fans who'd pre-ordered their box-sets, the R1 release goes back to July 4th!
