Caesarean - painful! That'll have to be covered up in the next series of Secret Diary of a Call Girl...
Still, great news! Winston, huh? Was he born with a cigar in his mouth, I wonder? I know all babies look like Churchill but do you think that's what happened - out he plopped and they looked at him and said 'hey, you know who he looks like? Winston Churchill!' So (using some ancient and obscure law) they had to give him the name he first heard, which just happened to be Winston.
Anyway, yes, congratulations to them!
