Whether it is Tom Baker in 'Genesis Of The Daleks' or Chris Ecclestone in 'Parting Of The Ways',The Doctor simply cannot summon up the courage to connect two wires together and end the menace of the Daleks once and for all.No boom today or ever.....

aaaahhhh...but, my dear Crumbly, he did! Who do you think pressed the button to wipe out the Daleks and take the Time Lords out at the same time? Thats why this time around he didn't...also, he destroyed Skaro waaaayyyy back...he's a genocidle git, that Doctor person...Clive was SO right about him...
