Bloody digital transmissions!

I've just watched Voyage Of The Damned again and the recording I made off BBC1 digital has the sound out of synch by a good 1/4 of a second!
Can they not get this sorted?
At the Dunn's, the synch was out too, but not quite as bad as it is on my recording. It's possible that it's my Freeview box that's responsible I suppose. Has anyone else had the same problem?
I suppose I'm going to have to resynch the thing myself (moan, groan)
