Oh for Bods sake, give that man a hankie. import into audacity, highlight the track, or, if your feeling brave, cut out and export to a new desk the section you want - might make things quicker, then highlight that section, hit effects drop down and you should see a reverse command....then wheyyheyyspaloooshypops....
