ok, over one calander month without having a ciggie......not too shabby....the big test will be Christmas day....

three months then.
have to admit, I've put on weight - quite a bit of it....eek. And I do still get the odd craving, but I've been off the nicoteen help stuff for about three weeks or so now also....looks like I'm a non-smoker...good eh?
