I would like to point out that young Adam will soon be 30 and it is now time to begin the general mocking and ribbing and laughing at his developing wrinkles.

Well its about bloody time!!

All these years of his agism and mocking of our zimmer frames and finally, finally, we get to do the same.

However, you do realise that he will still go on about him still not being as old as us, don't you? It's a national disgrace! Write to your MP!!!

However, we can still rest easy in the knowledge that no matter what, we will never be as old as Cookie, the Lorien of the site....

Yes, it's true. For a short few months I will share the fourth decade of life with you all and then some of you will hit your fifth decades (not counting those of you who are already there!)

Besides, 30 is no age these days - people are living longer than ever. Now 35 - that's going to be scary, eh, Hobbit?!

I've got my retirement plans in motion already - I have my eye on a nice volcanic island in the pacific with a large staff and perhaps an unfeasible weapon or two from which the world will add to my retirement funds!
