I presume you're referring to Fear Her?

Not a bad little story, but more of a snack than anything substantial. Is anyone old enough to remember ATV's Escape Into Night (aka Marianne Dreams, aka Paperhouse) .... reminded me of that a little.

Jackie, Rose and the Doc go and help Mickey and Rose's parallel dad defeat them with optional location filming in Paris if budget allows. Rose decides she's had enough gadding about the universe and opts to stay on parallel Earth with Mickey. Mum and parallel dad are re-united for the first time (if you get what I mean) and adopt Rose after drowning the dog in a sack. Optional Rose/Mickey and/or Dad/Mum wedding follows if episode requires padding.
Slight modification required. Cybermen on real Earth instead of the parallel one and no doubt the dog will survive unscathed, but after seeing the preview and armed with the knowledge that BP leaves at the end of the season I'm more and more convinced that this is what awaits us over the next couple of weeks.
