Rumour has it that this it the 2nd spin-off that has been oft rumoured. The big question is.... with or without the tin dog?

Didn't we try this once before?

Involved a hideous pink jogging suit and a certain robot dog sitting incongruously on a brick wall in the middle of nowhere.

It'll be with the tin dog otherwise, and will all due respect to Liz Sladen, what would be the point? Now, how did it go? Ah, yes ......
