Torchwood Casting - Eve Myles is Gwen Cooper

So. looks like they're casting Gywenth from 'The Unquiet Dead' as Gwen in Torchwood then.... well, BBC News ran the story and pulled it again put there's a promo shot of her and John Barrowman doing the rounds.

So, theories anyone?

I'm guessing she was sucked into the rift at the end of The Unquiet Dead and beltched back out at the end of Boom Town when Margaret Slitheen's Psycho-kinetic waveform extrapolator surfboard thingmy went screwy and nearly destroyed Cardiff. Or it's her great, great, great, great, great, grand-niece. Or just maybe she's a cracking actress (and Welsh) and they wanted her back.

Fair looking lass too - and you've already had the scullery maid fantasy thrown in!
