I'm not so sure I'd go as far as 'strong' unless it's in comparison to JNT era Who because I'd like to see this series (or the next one) take a few more risks with their storylines. I've just downloaded the US release of Doctorin' The Tardis. It occured to me that Doctor Who was so crap in the eighties that even The KLF couldn't make it cool. These were the people who released Chill Out and The White Room for heaven's sake !!! Had to get that off my chest, normal service is now...
